From vitamin boosts or supplements to food intolerance tests, cancer screening and longevity consultations, we’ll guide you through your options, so you can make confident choices about your health.

Most wellness appointments start with a GP consultation. You’ll have time to talk through how you’ve been feeling, what’s going on in your life, and any symptoms or worries you’d like help with. We’ll look at the bigger picture, including your energy, life stage, sleep, mood, gut health, and general wellbeing.

From there, we can suggest tests or treatments that suit your needs, whether that’s checking for underlying issues, boosting your immunity, or exploring ways to support your long-term health. There won’t be any pressure or assumptions, just advice that’s completely tailored to you.

Some treatments can be carried out in the clinic in the same appointment as your consultation. Once any tests are complete, we’ll be in touch with your results (Trucheck cancer screening results can take between 2-3 weeks, while Food Intolerance test results will typically be available within a week).

We’ll explain everything clearly (no jargon!) and talk you through your next steps. If follow-up care would be helpful, we’ll guide you through your options.
